daytime dining menu – £25 a head

Starters

  • Chicken liver pate, onion chutney, wholemeal toast
  • Breaded whitebait, tartare sauce dip
  • Pickled pear, walnut and stilton salad (V)

Mains

  • Roast rack of pork short loin chops
  • Toad in the hole, sussex ale and onion gravy
  • Squash, wild mushroom and walnut wellington (V)
  • Fish pie topped with cheesy mash
  • Desperate Dan beef, mushroom and Guinness pie
  • Seasonal vegetable selection
  • Herb buttered potatoes
  • Yorkshire puddings

Pudding

  • Chocolate and marmalade bread and butter pudding, custard
  • Seasonal fruit cheesecake

The Manor kitchens make every effort to stick to this menu but may have to make seasonal substitutions on occasion – we’ll always let you know in advance

Please let us know about allergies & intolerances when you book so we can make sure everyone enjoys their food

The Manor is fully licensed and has a good selection of beers, wine and soft drinks. We would be happy to source your favourite tipple on request.

Menu available for daytime bookings of 10 or more Sunday to Friday and  3,30 – 6 on Saturdays.
