Cured chicken breast, wild mushrooms, sherry and winter leaf salad

Seared mackerel fillet, burnt onion ketchup, pickled cucumber


Roast pork belly, chestnuts, smoked pork croquette, heritage carrots, roast jerusalem artichokes, winter greens, gravy

Roast turkey crown, maple cured bacon, stuffing balls, roasties, honey parsnips, winter greens, gravy

Roast pumpkin, wild mushrooms, chestnuts, sprouts, honey roast parsnips, red cabbage ketchup, (V)

the manor provides  a private dining space  perfect for parties of 10 – 50 right in the heart of Brighton. 

we will be serving this menu every friday and saturday night throughout december

*we do have a minimum spend for private dining, please mail for details however for smaller groups we will be open every friday & saturday in december
