Our festive menu is £25 a person and includes a cocktail


  • Shredded confit duck salad with sour cherries
  • Honey roast parsnip soup with thyme croutons (V)
  • Blue cheese souffle, squash and ginger veloute, toasted pine nuts (V)
  • Blow torched mackerel, roast beetroot, horseradish cream


  • Roast crown of turkey, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, seasonal veg and manor house gravy
  • Guinness braised beef short rib with mash potato, buttered carrots, winter cabbage with a guinness & clementine gravy
  • Wild mushroom, tarragon and pickled walnut wellington, celeriac puree, roast potatoes, baby carrots, clementine, cranberry & pine nut granola (V)
  • Pan fried salmon, spiced crab croquette, wilted spinach, rosemary sauteed potatoes, beurre blanc sauce


  • Cherry and chocolate brownie with brandy cream and a brandy snap
  • Spiced gingerbread cake, rum custard and stem ginger
  • Home made mince pie ice cream, shortbread biscuit, coffee sauce


  • Espresso Martini
  • Irish creme cortardo
