Autumn News from The Manor

We are 3 years old on the 19th September and what a 3 years it has been, we have some wonderful staff and regulars who have seen us through the hard and the happy times! Not to mention the friends & family that supply odd jobs, jam, bums on seats, shift cover and bank runs for us in time of need!  We’ll have some birthday brownies going if you are about on the day and fancy a piece on us!

The next few weeks are going to be busy and full of change – our lovely Eusebio is off  full time to university after over 2 years with us and Alice is also back to the books. Don’t worry we haven’t let them off completely and they’ll still be about at weekends. Angie has brought her own eatery and will be off to concentrate on that shortly – watch this space for details of a great new place to go in Hove early November. This means some new faces over the coming weeks, please bear with us while we get them up to speed and don’t hesitate to give us any suitable feedback: georgina@themanorbrighton.co uk.

The rest of the old team will still be about and have a lot to do. We’re expanding the kitchen so we can do more evening service, parties and outside catering. This means a few days closed on the 2nd & 3rd October although we’ll do you a coffee if we can find the cups.  The new menu starts on the 4th when we reopen and has some lovely autumn treats to warm the heart.

Yes the Christmas menu IS ready and we are taking bookings already. Of course we haven’t forgotten to have a supper night in October, what are you doing on the 19th?
