We had a fantastic hen do on Saturday night – the Jazz themed night (yes there were feather boas!) started with Cosmopolitan cocktails and canapés. The glamourous group of 11 then dined on Roasted tomato soup or Roast beetroot and goats cheese tartlets followed by Cardamom and peppercorn braised shoulder of lamb, Roast loin of Lingfield pork with pears, onions and melting gorgonzola or a delicious wild mushroom, melting onion and red wine puff pie. After a decent break and some more cocktails pudding was served: treacle tart or Eton Mess.
